At the request of Tony & Janet Goldman of Goldman Properties, Seasoned Hospitality conducted a complete operational review including service, beverage, food, cost, and labor control, as well as an overhaul to systems and standard operating procedures. Our team also successfully relaunched the venue with a menu repositioned for small plates in partnership with a highly renowned NYC food critic.
