Seasoned Hospitality was commissioned by a European client to conduct a feasibility study that included financial modeling and a complete business plan for an exciting concept melding a Michelin Star Chef from Milan with Italy’s leading floral designer to create a new brand. In addition to two specific concept outlets under one roof, the facility was to have a striking floral shop as part of the lounge, commercial floral services along complete private event planning and execution.
