Columbia University approached Seasoned Hospitality to establish their food and beverage offerings in their new 6.8 million square foot campus. This included a celebrity-chef driven food hall, coffee bar and separate grab & go retail café. Integration challenges such as the Renzo Piano design, coordination with complex building engineering due to active research facilities within the building and diverse demographic were addressed to best suit the University’s unique requirements. SH also provided budgetary oversight during the construction and launch phase.
