Seasoned Hospitality was challenged with analyzing and vetting the F&B programming and operator selection during the large overhaul of this historic, 4.1M sq/ft prime Manhattan office building. Such services included working alongside their construction team to coordinate spatial and engineering studies to understand the best possible function and utilization of the 32,000 sq/ft food hall, the 23,000 sq/ft restaurant space and the 24,000 sq/ft retail spaces.
