In partnership with Chef Franklin Becker, Seasoned Hospitality assumed oversight of all Food and Beverage operations for the iconic Martinique Hotel on Broadway. Located in the heart of Herald Square, this former Radisson property is currently undergoing a total make-over of its 521 guest rooms and public areas. Seasoned Hospitality will oversee the relaunch and operation of all F & B. The team will launch a signature 160 seat restaurant, an 80-seat cocktail and small plate concept, an events program in 11,500 square feet of banquet space, a luxury donut shop, in-room dining and a nightclub in the former basement theatre not utilized for over 90 years.
