Seasoned Hospitality was instrumental in the launching of a new food service initiative at Empire City Casino, a Local 100 Union environment. Working with the ECC, Ducasse Studio and Oz Companies, we developed operations specific strategies and concept details for three distinct outlets: Alley 810, Pinch and Dan Rooney’s Pub & Bar.
