In 2018, through it’s subsideary Seasoned Timberline, assumed development and management at Claudio’s Waterfront Restaurants, a 2.5-acre seasonal property located in Greenport, on the north fork of Long Island. Claudio’s had been the longest family-owned restaurant in American (149 years).
Under new ownership, Seasoned Hospitality oversaw property wide renovations and product improvements including Claudio’s Waterfront, Crabby Jerry’s and Claudio’s Tavern & Grill. In 2021 Claudio’s Pizza was added to the roster. Grew revenues from $5.5M to 10M through 2023.
