SH worked exclusively with the Maison Kayser team to launch this prestigious French Boulanger & Patisserie in the US at their flagship 3rd Avenue location. SH developed extensive operational procedures along with staff training necessary for growth. This included not only service standards and training but also human resource SOPs and retail standards, job descriptions, management responsibilities, employment agreements along with all major aspects needed to operate this growing brand.
